Short description
ExfilCraft is extraction survival for Minecraft: carry your kit into hostile raid worlds, fight for loot, and survive the extraction channel to bring it home, or die and drop it all.
Medium description
ExfilCraft turns Minecraft into an extraction survival game. Players gear up on a private home plot, deploy into timed raid worlds, and fight through bosses, camps, supply drops, and other players for loot. To keep anything, they have to reach an extraction portal and survive the channel. Die in a raid and everything carried in is lost. Free on CurseForge and Modrinth for NeoForge 26.2, with a public server at play.exfilcraft.com.
Long description
ExfilCraft is a NeoForge mod that brings the extraction genre to Minecraft. Every session is a gamble: players choose how much of their kit to carry into a raid world, knowing that dying there means dropping all of it.
Raids run on a timer across Overworld, Nether, End, and Deep Dark maps, each with its own size and entry key. Inside, players clear bunkers guarded by bosses, raid camps, chase supply drops delivered by a courier Ghast, and watch out for Mimic chests. Other players are in there too, and anyone who kills another player is marked Wanted. When the raid window closes, lethal gas floods the map, so getting out is part of the plan from the start.
Between raids, players build up a private, safe home plot. They expand it with XP, buy more plots, and take in residents who work jobs like farming, fishing, and quarrying. The Market is a shared safe hub for trading, jobs, and factions, with daily deals, daily quests, and an auction house keeping the economy moving. Friends can form squads and deploy together, with optional proximity voice chat.
ExfilCraft is built and run by KrookedLilly, a husband-and-wife indie studio. The mod is free on CurseForge and Modrinth, and the studio hosts a public server at play.exfilcraft.com. A full wiki covering items, mobs, raid maps, house rules, and server configuration lives at exfilcraft.dev.
Feature list
- Extraction loop. Deploy from your home plot, loot a raid world, and extract through a portal channel, or lose everything you carried in.
- Timed raid maps. Overworld, Nether, End, and Deep Dark raids, each with its own size, time window, and entry key. When time runs out, lethal gas floods the map.

- PvP with consequences. Other players share the raid world; player killers are marked Wanted.
- Safe home plots. Die at home and you keep your gear. Expand plots with XP and buy additional plots.
- Residents. Villagers move in and work jobs: farming, butchering, herding, fishing, and quarrying.
- The Market. A shared safe hub for trading, jobs, factions, daily deals, daily quests, and an auction house.
- Squads. Friends deploy together, with optional proximity voice chat through Plasmo Voice.
- New mobs. About 20 new mobs, including Snow and Fire Creepers, Creenders, Raid Sharks, the Bonecaller, Shadow Walkers, and Cubozoa jellyfish.
